·  When you send us a tip or use our hotline to report instances of fraud, theft or abuse, we need to know the details of the problem you are reporting, who is involved and where it is happening.  Consider the following when leaving us a tip: We need to know the “who, what, when, where, why and how” of what is going on however, you may choose to remain completely anonymous in making a report.  This allows us to carefully screen your complaint or tip and to take investigative action in an effort to get the situation resolved in a professional and timely manner.  If you choose to tell us who you are and give us any contact information, we will keep that information confidential and will only use it in an effort to keep you informed on the status of your tip.

·  When you sign up to download certain material made available by us through our site, we need only an e-mail address, which we use to send you the information you requested.

·  We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site, but collect no identifying information about our users in the process.

·  When you order products, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Will OURTIPLINE.COM disclose my personal information to outside parties?
